Faith Fuller and Michael Booth on location

Faith Fuller - Director/Executive Producer
A freelance producer/director/writer in Americus, Georgia and the founder of Cotton Patch Productions, this project combines Faith’s professional and personal lives. Faith spent nearly four years researching, interviewing and editing a story that is close to her heart. As a former television news reporter/anchor she is also the daughter of Millard and Linda Fuller, the founders of Habitat for Humanity International. Faith and her family lived at Koinonia Farm in the late 60’s and early 70’s. Faith had always heard bits and pieces about the violence that took place at Koinonia in the 1950’s, but never understood why this peaceful community came under such harsh attack. This project allowed Faith to examine a part of her family’s history, while sharing a remarkable story that is unknown to most. Faith has traveled to more than 40 countries producing numerous award winning educational and documentary-style programs for various organizations.

Michael Booth - Writer/Producer
Michael Booth, founder of Face Communications in Atlanta, Georgia, is an award-winning writer/producer who has written and produced more than 350 video and film programs over the past 15 years, including the Academy Award-nominated documentary film Building Bombs (1991). He won a scriptwriting EMMY for his work on Briars in the Cotton Patch. Mr. Booth's work includes numerous corporate and government programs on a variety of topics, ranging in length from 60 seconds to two hours, as well as broadcast and webcast programming. He was named to Who's Who in Media and Communications for 1998/1999. The former journalist was twice presented with Georgia Press Association Awards for his achievements.

Jim Rothschild

Jim Rothschild - Supervising Producer (1946 - 2007)
Jim Rothschild worked as a producer in the film and video business for more than 25 years garnering numerous industry awards and honors from such groups as the New York International Film Festival and the Houston Film Festival. Jim’s work was seen on the major TV networks and cable channels such as the A&E Network and PBS. Jim died peacefully at his Atlanta home May 24, 2007 after a brief but valiant fight with cancer. Jim Rothschild was loved and admired by many people and he will be greatly missed.

Florin Miron - Associate Producer/Advisor
Mr. Miron has been an invaluable member of our team, providing guidance on literally every aspect of the production process, including content development, editing & technical support, web oversight and business issues. Mr. Miron got involved with Briars in the Cotton Patch during his three year stint working with Habitat for Humanity International in the video/film production department. Mr. Miron, a native of Romania, currently runs his own telecom company.

TUBE, Inc. - On-line Editing
Tube, Inc. is an Atlanta-based creative media design firm providing award winning broadcast design services, video and film production, interactive development, and sound design. Owner, Chris Downs and the Tube team have collaborated with clients ranging from television networks to independent producers and directors, Fortune 500 corporations and production companies to retailers around the world. Curtis Bryant

Curtis Bryant, Composer
Atlanta based composer, Curtis Bryant, has been producing original music for broadcast and non-broadcast media since 1985. Honored by six Emmy nominations from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS), Bryant distinguished himself for work on "PORTRAIT OF AMERICA" and other series produced by Turner Broadcasting as well as documentaries and specials produced by Georgia Public Broadcasting, Atlanta Public Broadcasting and other independent producers. He has also scored numerous commercials and corporate videos. Classically trained, Curtis Bryant's concert music has been praised for being "immediately attractive and accessible, with an emphasis on beauty of sound, simplicity of means, and expression of feeling" (Atlanta Journal and Constitution). His music has received live performances and radio and television broadcasts throughout the United States as well as in Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia. Diane Lasek - Broadcast Relations
Diane Lasek is a 20 year veteran of the television broadcasting industry and has succeeded as a dynamic professional in sales, marketing, production and general management. Diane began her career at Turner Broadcasting System in Atlanta, where for 14 years, she was responsible for marketing and sales of Turner Broadcasting System's extensive film and documentary libraries to broadcast television and specialty cable arenas. Since leaving Turner, Diane has consulted with companies ranging from broadcast networks to marketing firms to independent producers and directors.

Brad Stanley - Videographer
Brad Stanley's photojournalism experience has taken him from Central Georgia to Macedonia and Bulgaria. Mr. Stanley has almost a decade of photojournalism experience. He started as a news videographer at 13WMAZ in Macon, Georgia and worked his way up to his current position as News Assignment Manager. Mr. Stanley is a graduate of Georgia Southern University.

Pat Peacock

Pat Peacock - Videographer
Mr. Peacock is the Production Manager for OnMedia Cable Advertising in Albany, Georgia. He has 16 years experience in video production, including 7 years as a live programming and commercial director/producer at WALB-TV in Albany. He has won several awards for his work. He is a native of Americus, Georgia and the proud new father of his daughter, Emily.

Indra Sibal - Web Developer
Indra has been developing and managing websites since the internet's coming of age. Her company, Eternalhorizon, works with clients including The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, CARE, Red Sky Productions and The Turner Foundation. Her video experience includes shooting, editing, reporting and producing various stories for air on the CNN networks. She's also been an anchor and producer for CNNRadio where she also produced a weekly religion feature. Her documentary work has taken her to various locations including India and Cuba.

Geoffrey Hennies - Web Support
Mr. Hennies, a business management graduate from the University of Minnesota, is a self-taught computer systems analyst and an active member of the peace movement. Hennies has worked with Human Rights Campaign, Clean Water Action Alliance, Cafe Campesino and served as a canvass director for Citizen Action. He has a deep interest in preserving Koinonia's history and living the teachings of Clarence Jordan.

Mary Hamilton

Mary E. Hamilton - Associate Producer
Mary is an enthusiastic and inspirational member of our team. A longtime supporter of Habitat for Humanity (17+ years) and a volunteer with Koinonia Partners (former resident of the farm), Mary assisted with fundraising and promotions for Briars in the Cotton Patch. Mary lives in Ojai, California, where she is a publisher of travel magazines and is also involved in independent filmmaking.
